By using FareLovers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What FareLovers provides

FareLovers is a flight information, comparison, and referral service. We display recently found or cached fares and planning context. We are not an airline, travel agency, booking provider, or payment processor.

Fares and availability

Prices, schedules, routes, baggage rules, taxes, fees, currency conversions, and availability can change at any time. A displayed fare is not a guaranteed offer. Always confirm the complete, current price and conditions on the provider’s website before booking.

Third-party bookings

Bookings are made directly with the travel provider you choose. That provider’s terms and privacy policy govern payment, ticketing, changes, cancellations, refunds, customer support, and travel fulfilment. FareLovers is not a party to that transaction.

Acceptable use

You may use FareLovers for personal travel research. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, use automated systems to scrape or overload it, misrepresent affiliation with FareLovers, or use the service unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The FareLovers name, design, original content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FareLovers disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation. FareLovers is not responsible for provider acts or omissions, missed travel, price changes, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
