This policy explains how FareLovers handles information when you use our website and flight-search tools. We aim to collect only what we need to operate the service.
Information we process
When you search, we process the origin, destination, travel dates, trip type, and direct-flight preference you submit. We do not need a passenger name, passport details, or payment information to show fare results.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Your browser may also store your cookie preference locally.
How we use information

- Understand service performance using aggregated or operational data.
Partners and booking websites
FareLovers uses Aviasales/Travelpayouts data and affiliate links. When you follow an offer, you leave FareLovers and the destination provider’s privacy policy applies. That provider may use cookies or identifiers to attribute a referral and complete your booking.
Email and contact messages
Price alerts are not active, and the preview alert form does not store your email. If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply and keep necessary support records.
Sharing, retention, and transfers
We share information only with service providers that help host, secure, and operate FareLovers; when a referral link requires it; or when law requires it. Search responses may be cached briefly to improve performance. Operational logs and support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Providers may process information outside your province or country.
Your choices and rights
You can change optional cookie choices at any time on the Cookie settings page. Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or withdraw consent where applicable.
Children
FareLovers is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
