Farelovers Travel Corporation (hereinafter – “we”, “us”, “ours”, etc.), is the controller of your personal data and therefore is responsible for legality of the actions that we perform with them.
Personal information collection
As a rule, the personal data we collect is necessary for us in order to organize your trip and make a booking. This includes information such as your first and last name, date of birth, telephone number, email address and postal address, and billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date). The only data that you should present is the personal data that we need to arrange your trip in accordance with booking through our website. Depending on the type of service you use, we may also request your frequent flyer number, information about your special food requests and health problems (if any) and other information that is relevant to your trip or that is required by another provider travel services (for example, airlines and hotels). This list is not exhaustive. If you contact our support team, we collect the data that you provide during a telephone conversation. As you will see below, our cookie files also collect certain information.
Confidential personal data collection
In some cases, we may process so-called “special categories of personal data” that may be considered confidential. This is possible, for example, if you (i) submitted a medical certificate to use the insurance service for the cases of cancellation or to return funds from the airline; (ii) you have a disease or health condition affecting your trip for which you have requested assistance or which require specific authorization; or (iii) made a request that revealed some of your other confidential personal data.
Before processing your confidential personal data, we ask for your consent to such processing. Therefore, we email you to use special feedback forms from our email address: email@example.com to send any sensitive data. These forms allow you to give a consent required by applicable data protection laws. Of course, you can withdraw such consent at any time. We will not process any of your confidential personal data if we do not have your permit to do so or if you did not provide this data to us. A limited number of our employees will have access to your confidential personal data, and after processing your confidential data in accordance with your request, we will delete your data as soon as possible.

This means that with any queries related to your rights under applicable data protection laws, you should contact the appropriate partner. We recommend that you familiarize with the relevant privacy policies of partners for information on how they process your personal data.
To provide the services you have requested, we will also provide your personal data to other companies (so-called data processors), for example, service providers who are responsible for the operation of our contact centers, and our other providers who will process your personal data in the provision of our services to us (e.g. external storage).
In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, you have certain rights as a “data subject”. Your rights are listed below. You have the following rights:
- Access right. You have the right to access your personal data that we process. You also have the right to receive certain information about what we do with personal data. This information is provided in this document.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer. Some cookies are only stored until the browser is closed (the so-called session cookies), and some are stored for a long period of time (the so-called persistent cookies). If you do not want cookies to be stored on your computer, you can change the settings in the browser. However, please note that in some cases this may lead to incorrect operation of some functions of our website and incorrect display of some materials.
Our website also uses the Pixel Facebook tool, which collects depersonalized aggregated data, helping us optimize the purchase of advertisements on various Facebook platforms (including Instagram). Facebook collects user identifiers that help determine whether a user has visited a site with a Facebook pixel. However, we, as advertisers, cannot identify a specific user who performs an action. Facebook and its related platforms are located in a closed advertising ecosystem in which users may or may not agree that advertisers will use the data collected on their sites to purchase ads on Facebook. To see and change advertisement settings in Facebook, use this link. (https://www.facebook.com/login.php?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fads%2Fpreferences)
To protect your personal data, we have introduced a number of technical and organizational security measures. For example, we maintain a high level of technical security for all systems (including traceability, emergency recovery, access restriction, etc.). In addition, we adopted the policies so that our employees (who, of course, have obligations to maintain confidentiality) do not use personal data unnecessarily. Such policies also define our standards when making contracts with suppliers or introducing new IT systems in the course of our business.
